Yes. A consultation is required for LaseMD Ultra, injectables, and SkinPen® microneedling. The fee is credited toward your treatment if you proceed. You can also request to do your consultation after a scheduled facial or wax—just let us know in advance so we can allocate time.
LaseMD Ultra is a non-ablative fractional laser that resurfaces your skin to treat melasma, sun damage, rough texture, fine lines, enlarged pores, and even minor hair loss (such as thinning at the scalp or eyebrows). It stimulates collagen and helps restore skin clarity and glow with minimal downtime. It’s often considered gentler and more precise than IPL or BBL.
SkinPen® microneedling is an FDA-cleared, collagen-inducing treatment that uses fine, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This process stimulates your body’s natural healing response—boosting collagen and elastin production for smoother, firmer, and more radiant skin. It’s safe for all skin types and requires minimal downtime. SkinPen treats: • Fine lines and wrinkles • Acne scars and other textural scars • Enlarged pores • Uneven skin tone and texture • Dullness and loss of elasticity Most clients notice visible improvement after just one session, with optimal results achieved through a series of treatments spaced about 4–6 weeks apart.
Most of our injectable and skin rejuvenation treatments have little to no downtime, but recovery can vary slightly depending on the service: • Botox® & Dysport®: No real downtime — you can return to normal activities right away. Avoid lying down, exercising, or rubbing the area for 4–6 hours after treatment. • SkinPen® Microneedling: Expect mild redness (like a light sunburn) and sensitivity for 24–48 hours. Makeup can usually be worn after 24 hours. • LaseMD Ultra: You may experience mild warmth, redness, or flaking for 1–3 days as your skin renews itself. Most clients resume normal routines the next day. Each treatment is designed to enhance your skin’s appearance with minimal interruption to your schedule.
The number of sessions depends on your skin goals and the specific treatment: • Botox® & Dysport®: Results last about 3–4 months, so most clients schedule maintenance every season to keep lines relaxed and results consistent. • SkinPen® Microneedling: A series of 3–6 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart, is recommended for best results. Deeper acne scars or wrinkles may require additional treatments. • LaseMD Ultra: Most clients see visible improvement after just one session, but a series of 3 treatments, spaced about a month apart, provides the most dramatic and long-lasting results.
