ARRIVAL/ CHECKING IN
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to change and relax.
CANCELLATION
Bare Necessities Spa & Boutique is open from 9am-7pm Mon-Fri and 10am-4pm Sat, however your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We request that if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you please do so with a minimum 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24hours are subject to a $25 inconvenience fee per service. For no-shows 100% of services are charged. Please keep in mind that “no shows” or last minute cancellations leave our technicians with empty appointment times as well as other guests that cannot get in but could have made it. If you arrive 15 mins past your service time your appointment will be rescheduled.
